Yes. You may have as many drivers as you need. For the whole rental period you pay only 10 AZN=app. 6 EUR / each additional driver, added to the car rental Contract. If a person, who rents the car and signs the car rental contract, does not drive, the 1st additional driver is added free of charge.HOW AND WHEN SHALL I PAY FOR THE CAR HIRE?

You pay for the car rental at the beginning of your car rental period when you pick the rented car up.
